Ombre Gradient Nails!

Hi again guys :P
Here is a new nail art design!

These were really hard for me because I wanted them to blend really well.
The main thing for achieving a good manicure is to chose colors that go together well.
I did purple and white and mixed the colors with a sponge, you get better results if you use a finer sponge, like a makeup sponge, paint the colour you want to be at the top first, for example on my index finger I painted white at the top so I used white as the base coat but on my ring finger I painted purple as a base coat. So yeah, I think this one was quite hard.
Good Luck!

Easy Lace Nail Art

hi! This design was medium difficulty  but I think in the end looked quite good!

Do a base colour, any colour is fine!
So first were I wanted the lace to be, I did two black lines with a striper. Then I drew on small arches next to each other on the outer sides of the lines.
Fill in the gap between the lines with black rhinestones put in the middle I did another colour.
Add  top coat and you done!

Good Luck!

Feathery Nails

Hey! These feathery nails were inspired sort of by falling peacock feathers.

I was really stuck on how to do the feathers, so I used a nail art pen, you could also use a tiny paint brush. I thought the rhinestone at the top added a nice touch to the overall design, I think it adds a more rustic feel to the nails. For the base colour you could chose any colour, but the feathers and the base should be contrasting and the rhinestone should be a colour that goes well with both. I think that it doesn't matter what fingers or finger you put the feathers on, I also like to vary the size of the feathers on each nail.
It took me quite a while so
Good Luck!

Dripping Chocolate & Ice-cream Nails!

This design was inspired when I was feeling a little bit hungry so I decided to eat some ice-cream and chocolate syrup  (YUM!)
nomnomnom this image is not mine,

You see the dripping chocolate, this is where this nail design comes from:

To do this, paint all your nails an ice-creamish colour, or to make it really colorful, you can add multiple colours or even do an ice-cream design, like adding brown spots for chocolate chips, or even doing a water marble that makes it look like a sorbet. But I just did a simple nudish pink.

For the sauce, you'd need quite a bit of polish to make it look realistic, again you don't have to do what I did, making the sauce flat looks equally as good, you can even do a strawberry sauce, mango sauce or what ever you want, just change the colour of it. Draw out drip patterns with a fully loaded brush, make this drips different lengths and sizes.

To finish of you could put a rhinestone on any chosen finger(s), I did my ring and thumb finger, if you don't have rhinestones, you could use a red polish.

Finish with a topcoat, what I should have done was but in a glitter coat before the top coat, kind of like sprinkles. And your done!

Good Luck!

Superhero Nails- Wonder woman!

Wonder woman is awesome and so pretty! Why not have her logo only our nails?
(sorry about the bad picture :( )

This was a bit tricky, the trickiest part I think, was the 'w' in the middle. To do the stars I used a silver striper, on top of blue polish. They look holographic because the silver sort of sinked into the blue. Or you could use miniature glitter  stars ( that would be so much easier )...

I think the key to this look is to use the right colors.

Good luck!

Love or Valentines Nails

I know its a bit late for valentines nails, but it's never too late for love. So for this I just painted on hearts, and used a nail art pen to draw on tiny wings. For the other nails, paint it blue, again I used a nail art pen to write 'love' and on the thumb I drew a curved stick, and painted on a red dot for the rose. I then drew lines over the dot to indicate petals, I did a red line for a leaf. Finally I toped everything of with one coat of red glitter, the a top coat!

Good luck if you try this one out!
